FAQ's

1) What are the hire periods? 
Our hire hot tubs are available for long weekends (delivered on a Thursday and collected on Monday) at a cost of £169, a week for only £199, or longer (as many of our customers do).

2) Are there discounts for longer periods of hire? 
Yes, there are. Please contact us for details.

3) Where can we site the hot tub? 
To site the hot tub you will need a clear area of at least 8 feet square. The area must be solid and constructed of either concrete, paving slabs or wooden decking constructed on a concrete base. The spa weighs approximately 3000lbs when filled with a loading of over 100lbs per square foot (with water alone).

4) What access do I require? 
One of our engineers will arrive with your hot tub. The hot tub comes in sections ready build on site so access is never a problem – fitting easily through narrow passageways, doors and side gates. We will assemble the hot tub and show you how it works, talk you through the chemicals that you need to add and leave you to fill it and enjoy.

5) How long does it take to assemble the hot tub? 
All of our engineers are experienced and it usually takes as little as 30 minutes to fully assemble the hot tub.

6) What are the plumbing and electrical requirements? 
You will need access to a water supply (a hose) and a drain. You will also need access to a 13 amp standard socket, either inside your house or, if an outside power point, at least 3.5 metres away from the spa. For your safety the hot tub is provided with an RCD residual safety device.
